Return & Refunds Policy
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Lingerie must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To make an exchange or refund you should follow 2 steps:
1. Inside your order package you have return label of courier, just call them and they will pick up your shipment and deliver to our "U.S. Return Center" (38 West 56 Street Ste 2, Bayonne, New Jersey 07002).
2. Write us a short e-mail to email@example.com with notice that you have made a return, so we can start refund process (we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.)
Need a different size, color or pattern? e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we will check if it`s possible to change your product.
Purchases (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact!
