Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To make an exchange or refund, you should follow 2 steps:

Send us an email request to info@atlasday.com and ask for a return label. We will send it to you electronically within 24 hours. After that, you will be able to send the item back to us.

Write us a short email at info@atlasday.com with a notice that you have made a return, so we can start the refund process as soon as we receive your item (we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days).
Need a different size, color, or model? Email us at info@atlasday.com so we can check if it’s possible to exchange your product.
Purchases (except final sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels; ensure that all articles in the package are intact!
