Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong product, size, or design was sent

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Design errors approved by the customer

  • Change of mind after production has started

Once an issue is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
