ORDERS:

1) How can I track my order?

2) How do I use a coupon code?
Just enter the coupon code at the input box at the checkout page, the discount will auto-apply on your order. Please make sure of the coupon using dates. If it expires, your coupon code won't work. 

3) Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make any adjustments or cancel your order for any reason, we're here to help! Reach out to us through our contact form, and our team will be happy to assist you with any changes you need to make.

4) When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse.
Our order processing times are:
2-3 business days depending on product design and item.

RETURNS:

1) What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

2) I received a defective/damaged item, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

3) Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
